Soft lens

Often drawn to the quieter moments in a frame, architectural photographer Anthony Basheer shares some favourite images from a recent trip. “Photographing while on holidays is particularly pleasurable for me. Not being tied down to process or technique, and without the restrictions of tripods, technology and multiple exposures, gives a certain lightness and freedom. Getting away from the harsh Australian light and working with the beautiful, soft European light is a luxury — even in the height of summer in Portugal and Spain.”
